Penitentiary Inspector -City
Marshal, C. J. Brady, of
Georgetown has beeri appointed
inspector of of tho Texas peni-
tentiaries by Governor Lanham.
This is gratifying news to Mr.
Brady's friends, who are num-
erous throufrhoui. this and other
countiep, and the appointment
will meet tho hearty upproval
of all. For many years Mr.
Brady has servod as Marshal of
Georgetown, and during his en-
tiro residence in the county has
