"Bellevue Ridge. The most accessible and desirable residence portion of the City of Abilene. Not an undesirable lot in the entire property. Every lot perfectly drained. A magnificent view of the beautiful Abilene Country can be had from every part of this property The City of Abilene has been built on three sides of this property. Every lot in Bellevue Ridge is within the corporate limits of Abilene. Bellevue Ridge was this day laid out into lots, and the property for the first time put upon the market. The choicest locations in Bellevue Ridge can now be bought from Anderson & Anderson, Abilene, Texas."
