On motion of Edwards the pe-
tition of the citizens on Bois'd arc
street asking that that street be
graded was granted provided the
property owners would gravel the
street to the center along their

On motion of Edwards the peti-
tions of Charlton and Helt"ian
were filed.
On motion of Robison the peti-
tion ol citizens on Hickory street
asking that an appropriation be
granted to grade and gravel that
street was granted, the vote stand
ing yeas, 5; nays, 2.
On motion the chairman of the
purchasing committop. was author-
ized to notify, tiie publishers of
newspapers in the city of Denton
to send in sealed bids for the city
printing lor the ensuing year.

The reports of the city marshal,
assessor and collector, street com-
