The area encompassing modern-day California, Arizona, and New Mexico is labeled "Nueva California" and includes annotations regarding the portions which had and had not been explored at the time of the map. Cities, roads, bodies of water, and geographic features are marked (with relief shown by hachures). Scale [ca. 1:7,250,000].
