Too bad Irishmen! You gave those
Harvesters all you had, and that is
all that can be asked. You’re never
licked until you quit, and did the
Irishmen quit? Nol They tore
themselves to pieces trying against
an invincible force till the final
whistle blew.
The game was not as one-sided as
the 13-0 score indicates. Those Har-
vesters had their hands full, and
readily agree that it was the hardest
game of the season. It was a clean
game and we have no alibi why they
beat us except that they were a bet-
ter team and made more touch-downs.
The Irishmen came near the goal line
several times, but could not break
throiy-h the defense.
The Senior and Junior girls intend
to banquet the boys Tuesday night.
They certainly deserve banqueting
they havo fought hard in all
pigskin battles this year.
