appoint a suitable person to act as
City Sanitary Inspector, who shall

permit the City Sanitary Inspector to
enter upon the premises for toe pur-
pose of inspecting the same shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor upon
conviction shall ho fined In any sum
not less than Five ($5.00) Dollars nor
more than Fifty ($80.00) Dollars.

effect after its final passange and pub
