score of 7 to 6. The Uvade squad will
play a return game here on Thanks-
giving Day.
Miss W illie Stewart was hostess to a
few of her friends Thursday evening
in honor of her birthday. A delicious
supper w as served the guests at the
Palace of Sweets under the able direc-
tion of Mr and Mrs. W C McClain.
After the supper the young jieople en-
joyed a hay ride.
