Miss Nancy Clemence Deane,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Char-
les F. Deane, 8303 Quebec, was
married to Richard William Giff-
horn, son of Mr. and Mrs, W.E.
Giffhorn, 5414 Elm, Nov. 22 at
Bellaire Presbyterian Church.
Rev. Alfred G. Taylor officiated
at the double ring ceremony.
Given in marriage by her fath-
er, the bride chose a Victorian
style gown in antique ivory with
yards of ruffled lace, banded at
waist with satin ribbons and
streamered bow at back. At the
high neckline she wore her great
grandmother’s heirloom pin, and
the folds of her skirt formed a
sweep train. A self-styled floor
length veil fell from hermother’s
headpiece. The bride carried an
