The float consists of a wreath on a platform with an reindeer in the middle of it, and a man dressed as Santa Claus sitting on the platform. Towards the front of the float, there is a group of children. Candy canes and leaves decorate the float. A sign on the front of it says "West Texas Utilities Company." A sign on the side of the platform says "Santa and Helpers." In the background, there are two women walking, an empty set of bleachers, and another float with a Christmas tree on it.
