Description ofTDLR's Strategic Planning Process
TDLR's strategic planning process commenced in January 2008 when TDLR's
Executive Director,William H. Kuntz, Jr. and Deputy Executive Director, Brian
E. Francis, met to review the current strategic planning tool and outline key
elements to consider in the planning cycle (see Addendum I).
The executive director appointed the following employees to the Agency
Strategic Plan Writing and Editing Teams.
