Saving money and buying War Bonds with your savings is
an important contribution to an earlier victory. An attitude
of “I don't care what it costs as long as I get it'” will boost
the cost of all goods. Buy only what you netd and but it at
♦ he lowest prices. You'll rediscover economy by “saleing”
our Thrifty Aisles where you'll find hundreds of your fav-
orite nationally advertised brands at prices that are as low
a they wert a year or more ago. Why pay more?

ALL PICK-UPS AND DELIVERIES
Will be Discontinued!
Due to critical shortage of Gasoline, Tires and Labor, we are
forced to announce the elimination of all Pick-up and Delivery
Service.
In Order to Handle Our Present Volume of
Cleaning
Pressing
The way things stand right now, it seems impossible to continue
giving the people of this community the kind of service we are
offering — unless something is done. Our help is working 12
to 16 hours a day, and we are getting further behind.. .There-
fore, by eliminating the time required for pick-ups, routing and
deliveries, we feel that this time can be put to your better in-
terests in cleaning, pressing and other work which you need.
