Article text: "Students ruled at Abilene Christian college when all-student day opened A.C.C. Week Monday. In the president's office of Abilene Christian college the 'officials' gathered to discuss some student matters with (left to right) 'Vice-president' John C. Stevens, a junior from Richland; 'student president' J. Eddie Weems - erstwhile track coach - ; 'President' Fred Barton, senior from Lynn, Alabama; 'Dean' Forrest Orr, junior from Vermont; and 'Bursar' Earl McCaleb, sophomore of Abilene."
