mutes recommend the bishop's super-
annuation. It will not be surprising if
the committee votes a reconsideration and
by another vote places him again on the

Of Murdering' Woman Who Thought

NEW YORK. May 16. Maurice Lustlg
a former private detective waa - found
guilty of murderjn the first degree today
by a Jury tn th court of general sessions.
The State contended tnat he poisoned his
wife Rhodya with strychnine last Oc-
tober. She carried $3000 Ufa Insurance"
and Lustlg - was in love with another
woman. Mrs. X.uatlg died tn 'convulsions
and it waa then thought she had apinal
meningitis.' An anonymous postal card
first called the coroner's attention to the
case the life insurance companies pushed
it and Mrs. Lustlg' body was finally dis-
interred at MUroy Pa. where aha had
been hurled. ' . '.

date for pronouncing sentence ' .
