Reopen in Three Townj

TOPEKA Kan. Aug. 11--The
Chautauqua State bank re-opened to
day. State Bank Commissioner C. J.
Peterson announced. This bank' along
with the Elgin State bank; EWrin and
the Havana State bank -Havana were
.closed about the same time several
weeks ago and It was estimated then
that the loss to the guaranty fund
would be approximately SliO.OOQ. 1 All
