SHRIMP STUFFED PEPPERS

I ? teaspoon onion, minced
I cup mushrooms
? I bsp. tomatoes, minced
I cup cooked shrimp
I teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon parsley, minced
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Cut off tops of peppers, remove
seeds. Boil peppers until tender.
Saute onion, mushrooms, toma-
toes and shrimp in 1 tablespoon
butter. Add salt and parsley and
heat thoroughly. Add crumbs. Fill
peppers with mixture and place
small dab of butter on each. Bake
at 375 - 400 degrees for 10 min-
utes. (6 servings.)
