Mr. Cline was bom Feb. 7,
1946, in Albuquerque, N.M.,

He retired from Mobil Oil
Corp. with 20 years of service
as a computer operator. He
was involved in music for
more than 50 years, playing
trumpet in school when the
hom was bigger than he was,
through college and the U.S.
Army Band. He was intro-
duced to ethnic music in the

many bands all over the state.

ident. Dorothea was also a

Dorothea was a devout
Christian and a member of
Jubilee United Methodist
Church in Duncanville, War-

in Dallas and most recently
joined with Living Waters

lor of science degree in nurs-
ing from The .University of
Tulsa.

Tom Waddle, 63, of DeSo-
to, beloved husband, father
and friend, passed away un-
expectedly Wednesday, April
20, 2005, at Charlton Metho-
dist Hospital.
Mr. Waddle was bom Feb.
3, 1942, in Dean, Texas, to the
late V.E. and Grace (Flinn)
Waddle. He met and married
the love of his life Judy Kay
Love on Dec. 29, 1962.
He was employed in the
telephone industry for almost
39 years.
A time of sharing and cele-
bration of his life was held at
3 p.m. Friday, April 22, 2005,
in the West/Hurtt Funeral
Home chapel. William Cox
officiated.
He is survived by his wife
of 42 years, Judy Waddle; his

ment; operate and perform

checks and serv ices on assign-
ed vehicles; and install, oper-
ate and perform preventive
maintenance checks and ser-
vices on power generators.

During the eight-week
program, Debose completed a
variety' of training which
included clnssrixrm study and
practical instruction on naval
customs, first aid, firefighting,
water safety’ and survival and
shipboard and aircraft safety'.
An emphasis was also placed
on phy sical fitness.
I he capstone event of boot
camp is "Battle Stations." This
exercise gives recruits the
skills and confidence thev
need to succeed in the fleet.
"Battle Stations" is designed
to galvanize the basic warrior
attributes of sacrifice, dedica-
tion, teamwork and endur-
ance in each recruit through
the practical application of
basic Navv' skills and the core
values of honor, courage and
commitment. Its distinctly
"Navy" flavor was designed
to take inti) account what it
means to be a sailor.
