will be given at the New High School Building by the children of the Public Schools of Mercedes.
A cast of 700 children, including a. chorus of over 300.
The history of Texas depicted in living tableaux.

A GRAND PARADE STARTING AT 9.30
The Morning of Armistice Day
featuring all of the organizations and business houses in
Mercedes, who will be represented by floats. Over
1,000 school children will be in line.
The A utomobile Fashion Section
will show the newest models of automobiles, and the
best dressed and prettiest girls in the UNITED STATES.
Immediately following the Parade
Patriotic Exercises will be held in the City Park
The address of the day will be delivered by
HON LYNCH DAVIDSON
Lieutenant Governor of Texas.
Other distinguished speakers will discuss the topics of the day. There will be special musical
numbers rendered by the Mercedes Music Club.
