Austin.—Employers in the Aus-
tin District of Internal Revenue
will receive through the mail on
or about September 30, pre-ad-
dressed Forms 941, “Employers
Quarterly Federal Tax Return" for
use in reporting income taxes
withheld and social security taxes
for the calendar quarter ending
September 30, 1964, District Di-
rector R. L. Phinney pointed out
today.
The use of these pre-adressed
forms, which also carry the cor-
rect employer identification num-
ber, will insure the prompt and
proper credit to taxpayer accounts
when these quarterly returns are
processed through the ADP sys-
tem at the regional service center.
Phinney said also that blank
forms are available in the Dis-
trict and local offices for new
filers and urged that those em-
ployers who h(lve been assigned
identification numbers make sure
the number entered on the tax
form is correct Employers with-

missioner Willie Schmidt and his
crew in the work of picking the
trash. .
Roger Stevens, local contractor,
contributed his buldozers and
crews for a nominal fee, which
did not cover the-, cost of his
operations.
Mr. Moseley reported that the
prelect is going along much bet-
ter than was anticipated and tha*
if all the people who indicated
they will help complete theii
clean-up programs it is going to
make the town the cleanest in j
Texas.
Already beauty spots are com-
ing to view. The block on the
main highway recently purchased
by Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Moore
from Mrs. Charles Lovelace, which!
joins the Plummer Funeral Home
property, is begining to look like:
a park, and when all the trash
from the trees is picked up will
be beautiful.
Jim Brady of the Texas High-
way Department has promised to
clean up the slides of the highway
along personal property, and the
Bandera Cemetery Association will
have the cemetery cleaned and
mowed.
Thursday (yesterday) buldozers
were working in Coon Hollow at
the Hayes Feed Store and back of
the Bandera Mercantile, clearing
tall weeds and other debris. Clean-
up here will extend as far as the
Bantex Theatre and the Methodist
church, and down the Hollow to
the main highway in front of the
Bandera Plumbing Co. It is be-
ing leveled so that it can be mowed
and kept clean.
When the individual property
owners complete clean-up of their
premises, the town will be lovely.
Mr. Moseley said the Chamber
of Commerce extends a great big
thank you to everyone who is
helping to clean-up, paint-up, pick-
up.
This type of cooperation cer-
tainly encourages the Chamber of
Commerce Mr. Moseley said.
