C. Hays more than $1000 of said funds
and at her death the said C. R. Clary
wrongfully seized and converted to
his own use and benefit the remainder
of said notes and accounts and money
belonging to the estate of said Wil-
iam B. Hays and amounting to more
than $100h.
Plaintiffs say that the said above
described estate is reasonably worth
the sum of $3000.
Plaintiffs say that said R. H. Hays.
R. J. Hand, C. H. Clary and George P.
Cheney are each entitled to 1-9 inter-
est in the estate of William B. Hays;
that said Bettie Gross and J. F. Bul-
lard are each entitled to 1-1S interest
in said estate subject to a life estate
by said W. R. Bullard in their shares:
that said W. D. M. Hays and J. L.
Hays, John F. Hays, Mary Debusk
