The balconies are supported by thick square columns and have wooden railings. The upper floor has four large windows and there is also an attic window. Four steps lead up to the front door. There is a large bush in the front yard. The house is located in an area that was redeveloped because of HemisFair '68.

The photographs and slides document the fair, from the construction of buildings to visits by important people such as Lyndon B. Johnson, Lady Bird Johnson, John Connally, and Henry B. Gonzalez. From April to October of 1968, over 6 million people visited the fair which brought international attention to San Antonio and Texas.
