The Texas Railroad Commission has

For a long timo tbo train has been
held at Liugvlow for eastern connec-
tions and often for several hours
The commission has ruled that this
train must not bo held for longer than
thirty minutes at any time The new
order will go into effect in a few days

after being shot but it is not known
to tho writor whether or not ho made

ordered from Longvlew to go to
Troupo and bring the body of tho vic
tim to this city and it arrived bore
about 920 this morning The ronialns
