In Wednesday’s Majors tilt,
the Ctibs broke the scoring ice
with a trio of runs in the first
frame on as many hits and

The Yanks struck back tor

aecond on two walks and three
base knocks to take the lead
momentarily. However, three

safeties netted the Cubs 4 mar-
