No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Local Government Code to authorize a county clerk or a district clerk to
not issue a refund for an amount of $2 or less, unless the individual requests the refund in writing.
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
