23 RESOLVED, That the 84th Legislature of the State of Texas
24 hereby designate May 26 as John Wayne Day; and, be it further
25 RESOLVED, That in accordance with the provisions of Section
26 391.004(d), Government Code, this designation remain in effect
27 until the 10th anniversary of the date this resolution is finally
