3 SECTION 5. Section 623.306(a), Transportation Code, is
4 amended to read as follows:
5 (a) A permit issued under this subchapter must include:
6 (1) the name of the applicant;
7 (2) the date of issuance;
8 (3) the signature of the manager of transportation of
9 the port authority;
10 (4) a statement of the kind of cargo being
11 transported, the maximum weight and dimensions of the equipment,
12 and the kind and weight of each commodity to be transported;
13 (5) a statement of any condition on which the permit is
14 issued;
15 (6) a statement that the cargo may [en-ly] be
16 transported in San Patricio and Nueces Counties only over the roads
17 described by or designated under Section 623.303 [te-and-fremthe
18 p-or6uhrt' aQuntaqttrm i n SanQPatrcio4CountY a
19 st];atehigway opecialIfreightcrridor in San PatricioConty] and
20 (7) the location where the cargo was loaded.
21 SECTION 6. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
22 a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as
23 provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this
24 Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate, effect, this
25 Act takes effect September 1, 2015.3
