to the Plaintiff’s Petition at or
before ‘en o’clock A.M. of the
first Monday after the expiration
of forty-two days from the date
of the ssuance of this citation,
same being Monday the 1st day
of October. 1962. at or before
ten o’clock A M. before the Hon-
orable 97th District Court of
Archer County. Texas, at the
Court House of said County in
Archer City, Texas.
Said Plaintiff’s Petition was
filed in said court, on the 8th day
of June A D. 1962. in this cause,
numbered 5296 on the docket of
said court, and styled. William
E. Moorehead Plaintiff, vs. Ruby
Dale Moorehead Defendant.
The names of the parties to
the cause are as follows.
William E Moorehead is Plain-
tiff and Ruby Dale Moorehead is
Defendant.
A brief statement of the nature
of this suit is as follows, to wit:
DIVORCE, as is more fully-
shown by Plaintiffs Petition on
file in this suit.
If this citation is not served
within ninety days after the date
of its issuance, it shall be return-
ed unserved.
The officer executing this pro-
cess shall promptly execute the
same acording to law. and make
due return as the law directs.
