YOUR 6AS BILL Again!
* ,> .
Riding in oh a norther of bliz^rd proportions,
that “Rip-Snorting” old playfellow of snow and
ice made history during his return visit last
month: All previous low temperature records
for the winter were broken. Early growths of
plants and trees withered under his icy breath,
as human beings sought the warmth and pro-
tection of heated buildings.

Gas heaters worked, overtime during the Febru-
ary cold spell. The record of gas deliveries show
that the demands made on your gas company
reached even highe’f “peaks” than during the .
December cold wave. Oh the coldest days, the
consumption of gas was many times as great as
that of a day when no heat is needed. Naturally
your gas bill covering this period will include the
extra fuel used because of the extreme weather.
£L,
The Jwo meter reading dates stamped on your
gas bill show the exact "period for which' the
service charge is made. Please note the interval
of time elapsing between the period when the
gas was used, and the day your bill is received.
