containing over 8000 acr-; of as fine black land as there is in
Texas will be opened for settl:ment ’ ‘|
FRIDAY, JLLY7, 1911.
This fine body of open black land lies within one-half mile of
BISHOP, “The Beauty Spot Of Texas”
and adjoins on the west the 20,000 acres recently sold by F. Z.
Bishop, and being settled by good substantial citizens from the
black land belts of Central and Northern Texas.
The crops now growing on this new land shows it to be as fine
cotton and vegetable land as there is in the world.
There is now in cultivation, plowed and contracted to be plow-
ed, over 5,000 acres. The next season will find over Ten Thous-
and Acres In, cultivation. No other place in the entire Gulf Coast
can show an equal amount of development during the past year.
Bishop is the largect town of its age in the United States and
has more modern improvements than many cities of from 5,000
to 10,000 population, and is destined to become one of the finest
cities in the entire Gulf Coast Country.
Mr. Bishop will continue his past policy of selling cheaper
land than can be found elsewhere of equal quality and location,
unimproved at the same price. He will connect the 60 miles of
fine graded roads in the old tract with the roads to be graded in
the new tract thus giving Bishop nearly 100 miles of graded
roads. All other public improvements in Bishop and surround-
ing country will be continued. Bishop is located just right-
surrounded by 500,000 acres of black land and fann&i by an in-
vigorating Gulf breeze, makjrjg the Winters watm and Summers
cool—her future greatness is conceded by all who have seen the
beauty of her location and the fertility of the surrounding land.
Never again will you be able to buy good land so close to
Bishop a* can be had now out of this new ranch at first cost.
The price Is right, the terms easy with 6 per cent interest on
deferred payments, And Now It The Time To Buy. y
Sale will continue until entire Ranch is sold. Crme early rnd
get choice location.
