The State of Texas,
County of Kerr. / KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:- That I, W. H.
Bonnell, for and in consideration of the fact ]that
my parents are both interred in the plot of ground hereinafter described
and that I, and my daughters, Ethel Bonnell Dickey and Helen Bonnell
Liljgren desire to have the said plot of ground dedicated by me and set
apart for the purposes of a burial ground for the parents of grantor,
and for and in consideration of the payment to me of the sum of one dol
lar by the said Ethel Dick'Knd Helen Liljegren, do hereby set apart and
ey
dedicate, in perpetuity, to the said Ethel Dick andHelen Liljegren, and
to their heirs, and to all persons interested, for the uses tcwhich same
has been placed, and to the end that the graves of my said parents may
not be desecrated, the following plat of grund, to wit; One half an
acre of land, surrounding the graves of my said parents J. A. Bonnell
andCharlotte Francis Bonnell, said graves to be in the center of said
plot, andsaid plot to be laid off in a square. 'aid land being a part
of the W.K. Yprk survey in Kerr County, No. 602, said plot of ground
being located about 1200 vrs east, and 100 vrs South of the N. W. corn
er Of said York survey. I also delicate, transfer and set a part an ease
ment and right of way over the Copeland survey and York survey from the
said cemetery to the nearest gate which is on the Banzano survey.
Witness my hand and signature this the 17th dy of June, 1921.

personally appeared W. K. Bonnell known to me to
be the person whose name is signed tothe furego
ing instrument and acknowledged to me that he executed the same for the
