[Deed of Trust from George L. Leigh to Paul Villaret and Joseph Heinen, February 4, 1891]

Deed placing "survey number 1430 situated in Kerr County...patent number 181" in trust as collateral against a promissory note made to Joseph Heinen for the original purchase of the land by George L. Leigh. As part of the transaction it includes a sale of the land to Paul Villaret for ten dollars making him the executor of the trust.
