VICKI JUAN RICE
Vicki Jean Henderson Rice
of Wills Point died October
11, 1986.
A Wylie native, she was the
daughter of Doris and Myrtle
Goodson Henderson of
Nevada. She was born Oc-
tober 9,1950 in Wylie, Texas.
Surviving is her husband of
thirteen years, Roger Rice
and two children, Lori A. and
Misty M. Rice, all of Wills
Point; parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Doris Henderson of Nevada;
two brothers, Sonny Hender-
son of Royse City and Buddy
Henderson of Wylie; five
sisters, Cathy Wofford and
Jeanette Boles of Wylie, Bet-
ty Reed of Lewisville,
Mildred Rudolph of Garland
and Wilma Sims of Nevada.
Services were held at the
First Baptist Church in
Wylie with Rev. Johnnie Her-
riage officiating. Interment
was in the Kreymer Cemetery
with Allen Funeral Home in
charge of arrangements.
VIRGIE BIRDIE SISK
Virgie Birdie Sisk, of Dallas,
Texas passed away October
18, 1986 at Memorial
Hospital, Garland, Texas.
Sisk, a native of Nevada, Tx,
born April 22, 1897, was mar-
ried to George T. Sisk, Sr.
She is survived by her three
children R.W. Cannaday,
Dennis M. Cannaday and
Gertrude E. Overturf all of
Dallas.
Also surviving are four
grandchildren and three great
grandchildren.
Interment will be at the
Nevada Cemetary, October
20. The graveside service will
be led by Rev. Johnny Laton.
SANDRA FAY CLIFTON
Sandra Faye Clifton Shelton
of Denison, passed away Oc-
tober 11, 1986.
Born in Edinburg, Texas to
Louis E. Clifton and Truddie
Martin on November 24,1942
and married Monroe Shelton
May 13, 1960 in Edinburg.
Shelton is survived by her
husband Monroe Shelton, of
Denison her father Louis Clif-
ton of Pharr, Texas and four
children Creg Shelton of Skid-
more, Connie Shelton of
Jacksonville, Carrie and
Claudia Shelton of Denison.
Her brothers also surviving
are Don Christian of Austin
and Louis Clifton Jr. of The
Valley and two grand-
children.
Services were at Allen
Chapel, and were officiated
by Rev. A.L. Draper.
KARIN FRANZKE
CULBERTSON
Karin Franzke Culbertson,
wife of Robert E. Culbertson
and mother of Tressa and
Samtha Culbertson of Lucas,
Tx. passed away October 17,
1986 at Plano General
Hospital.
Mrs. Culbertson was born in
Heidelberg, Germany on
March 22, 1949.
She is also survived by her
parents Mr. and Mrs. Paul
Franzke Liemen, Germany
and a sister Mrs. Petra Frie,
Heidelberg, Germany.
Services were held October
20, at Allen Chapel. Rev.
Glyn Rives officiated.
WILLIAM DAVIS
ACKLEY
The funeral service for
William Davis Ackley, held
at Allen Chapel was officiated
by The Rev. A.L. Draper, on
Oct. 16. 1986.
Ackley, born February 8,
1964 in Lansing, Michigan
was a resident of Dennison,
Tx.
He is survived by his father
Warren Ackley of Michigan
and mother Virginia Sher-
man, Dennison and a
daughter April Ackley of
Dallas, brothers Scott Ackley
of Denton and Stewart
Ackley of Ft. Worth.

having old-fashioned revival
services, Wednesday October
22 through Sunday, October
26. Service will begin at 7:30
each evening.
Rev. R.P. Bell of Lufkin,
Texas will be the speaker
each night. He is widely
known in the United
Pentecostal fellowship as
former pastor, presbyter and
is currently a member of the
Foreign Missions Board of
the United Pentecostal
Church International.

Carlos McLeod is a native Texas, born in
Farmersville, Texas. He is a graduate of Wayland
Baptist University and Southwestern Baptist
Theolgical Seminary, Ft. Worth, Texas.
He has served as pastor of several Baptist
Churches in Texas. He is now serving as the
Director of Evangelism for the Baptist General
Convention of Texas.

Texas. Connie is a graduate of Baylor University
and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary
in Fort Worth. They have ministered in over 30
States as well as in several countries around the
