Dies In Singapore;
Memorial Here
Robert Edward Lee Jr., age
48. died , in Singapore Friday,
June 4. 197.i. A cremation ser-
vice was lield'in Singapore and
a memorial service for mem-
bers of the immediate family
was held Sunday in the home
<;f his'vprents, Mr. and Mrs.
Robert; E. Lee of Cojeman. Of-
ficiating for this service were
Dr. Robert F. Jones, former
pastor of First Presbyterian
Church here and now pastor of
First Presbyterian Church in
Ft. Worth; and the Rev. Char-
les Hendricks, present pastor of
First Presbyterian Church
here. ,.
Mr. Lee was born in Fort
Worth in 1922. He attended Ft.
Worth and Coleman public
schools, graduated from Cole-
man High School in 1939. and
attended Spartan School of
Aeronautics in Tulsa, Okla. An
officer in World W„ar 11. he
served as a troopcarrier pilot
for U. S.. Air Forces in the
European'Theater, flying in the
Korean War. In the past .39
years he accumulated 19,000
hours of flying time.
Mr. Lee wris married to the
former Joyce Phillips of Lon-
don. A resident of Spain for
the past several years, he mov-
ed to Singapore to continue a
survey, project swith Gulf' Oil
Company. Working in the aero-
nautical field, he headed his
own company > based in the
'Canary Islands for aerial sur-
vey work in the Sahara area
and had his own airline from
Canary Islands through Madrid
and Majorca.
Surviving him are his wife;
his parents of Coleman; a
brother, Richard Lee, and a
sister, Anne Lee, both of Dal-
las; and two nephews, Lt.
Richard Lee Jr. of Columbia,
N. C., and Sam Bob Lee of
Houstop.

INDUSTRIAL WASTES
ORDINANCE
An Ordinance by the City of
Coleman, Texas, regulating, the
use of public and private sewers
and drains and the* discharge of
lie sewer system; providing pen-
alties for violations thereof; pro-
viding a savings clause; and pro-
viding an effective date.

Council of the City of Coleman,

Powers and Authority of
Enforcing Agents
Section 5Ql. The City Manager
and other duly authorized em-
ployees of the City bearing pro-
per credentials and identifica-
tions shall be permitted to enter
upon all properties for the pur-
poses of inspection, observation,
measurement, sampling, and
testing, in accordance with the
provisions of, this ordinance.
Penalties
Section 601. Any person
found to be violating any pro-
vision of 'this ordinance except
Section 401 shall he served by
the City with written notice stat-
ing the nature of the violation
and providing a reasonable timp
limit for the satisfactory correc-
tion thereof. The offender shall,
within the period of time stated
in such notice, permanently
cease all violations, if the offen-
der continues violation after the
expiration of the time stated, the
City Manager may prohibit the
further use of the sewage system
by the offender and may remove
or close the offender's sewage
and water connections.
’ Section 602. Any person who
shall continue any violation be-
yond the time limit provided for
in Section 601 shall be guilty of
a misdemeanor, and upoh convic-
tion thereof shall he fined in an •
amount not exceeding One Hun-
dred ($100,00) Dollars for each
violation. Each dav in which any
such violation shall continue
shall be deemed a separate of-
fense.
Section 603. Any person violat-
ing any of the provisions of thus
ordinance shall become liable to
the City for any expense, loss,
or damage occasioned by the
City by reason of such violation.
Effective Date
Section 801. In view of the,
fact that “this ordinance is neces-
sary for the immediate protec-
tion and preservation of the
public health, safety and general
welfare, it becomes necessary
that this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect immediately
from and after its passage and
it is accordingly so ordained.

reading this 20th day of May,
