Tight Problems.
What traltie light rule is the most
often broken? According to City
Marshall McDowell it is WAKLING
HE 11 LIGHTS. Tlie next ranking one
is not stopping before making n right
hand turn on a red light. .
It Is positively against tlie law of
the city to walk a red. light. -So far,
however, we have heard of no one pay-
ing a fine for violating this law;. Re-
gardless of the law, the habit is a
hazardous one., for the autos and
trucks have the right-of-way, and one
walks at his own peril.
