H-E-B hosted their fourth annual Holiday Shopping Spree
Dec. 13 to raise money to help those less fortunate this holiday
season. This year’s shopping contest featured 16 teams that
raised $1,400 to provide 25 households with a full Christmas
meal. Edna High School had nine teams compete.
This year’s winning team was YK Communications of
Ganado. Second place went to First State Bank of Louise -
Ganado branch followed by Prosperity Bank in third place.
The best costume award went to the Butterfly Catchers of
Edna High School’s Pan-American Club team.
