The Dallas Municipal Archives presents a collection of Dallas Police Department case files, photographs, newspaper clippings, letters, and other documents from the 1920's to the 1950's.

Clyde Barrow Gang Collection

A sub-series of the Dallas Police Department Historical Records and Case Files collection, these materials contain photos, typescript documents, fingerprint cards, and police department memoranda concerning the activities and whereabouts of the Clyde Barrow Gang. While they were primarily pursued by the Dallas County Sheriff's Department, Dallas police provided valuable intelligence on the gang's movements and associates.
