A ia*ul fight: for control of the Texas delegation to the De-
mocratic National Convention has shaped up.
I listened to Senator .h unson say lie is willing to accept
the leadership of the 'Texas delegation and the favorite-son
on TV last night.
(lovernor Shivers is apparently also going to make an all
out light to lead the delegation.
Control of the delegation will start at the grass roots level,
when votirs of each preeinrt in the state hold 1ludr precinct
com cut ions on .May 5.
