Sec. 5. That no' person jur person shall be per-
mitted to fight or make any brawl or unnecessary
noise within the inhabited parts bf the town under
the penalty of a fine of not less than fivo nor more
than fifty dollars for each and every offence;
Sec. (5. That no person shall be allowed to go
armed with either pistol dirk sword or Bowie-knife
within the limits of this corporation under the pe-
nalty of a fine of not less than five nor more than
ten dollars for each offence : prodded that nothing
in this section shall be so construed as relating to
military services and parades.
Sue. 7. That.all violations of Iho articles of this
Ordinance or of any Ordinance of this Corporation
shall be investigated by the mayor; and any porsons
aginst whom complaint may he made shall have a
hearing belurc that ulticcr and according to the ria
turc of the case shall be fined; and in case of failure
to pay the fine shall be punished at the discretion
ot the same omccr.
Skc. 8. That the owner of any licensed dray cart
or waggon known I o charge more than the lawful
rates proof thereof being made shall be subject to
a penalty ot hvc dollars lor each ollencc.
Sec. 9. That the owner of every licensed dray
cart or waggon called on by any individual to per
form services in their line and rctusing to comply
(unless previously engaged) shall on conviction
thereof be fined in the sum of five dollars for each
and every offence.
Sec. 10. That all persons failing to procure a such
license shall forfeit and pay the amount of such li-
cense daily until the same be procured except
where specific penalties hae been assessed.
