1. Subscribers who do not give express notice to the contrary are considered

continue (0 send them until all that is due be paid.
3 If Subscribers neglect or refuse to take their papers from the ofliee to which
they nre directed they are. held responsible until they have settled theit bill and
order theirpnpers discontinued.
4 If Subscribers remove to other places without informing the Publisher
add the paper is sent to the former direction thty are held responsible.
5 The courts have decided that refusing to take a paper or. periodical frpm
the pfliee or removing and leaving it uncalled forlsirimaneie evidence oflraud.
Alsothat where a Subscriber to a periodical failed to notify the Publisher to
discontinue the paper at the end of the time for w.hich he subscribed of pay up
