bum ban for all of Archer
County for the next 90
days.

The 2006 Varsity Volleyball Holliday Lady Eagles team consisits of:
Kaitlin Edgin, Sami Koetter, Charlotte Sargent, Brittany Ford, Stacie
Carver, Hilary Stone, Paige Owens, Chelsea Nix, Nichole Jones,
Sarah Shirley, Laiken Allen, and Katie Dowd. Coached by Diana
DeArmond
The Holliday Lady Eagles
placed 2nd in the Silver Division
of the “Cool in Boomtown”
Tournament in Burkbumett this
past Saturday. The Lady Eagles
finished pool play with a 3-3
record by splitting with Amarillo
Caprock, losing to Burkbumett
and defeating Electra.
After pool play was
completed, the Lady Eagles
defeated Hirschi 25-3, 25-23 to
ifinals
move into the semifinals.
In the next round, they Graham.
defeated Cache, Oklahoma 20-
25,25-16,25-16 to claim a spot
in the Championship Match. In
the final match of the evening,
the Lady Eagles lost a hard
fought battle to Bowie 25-18,21-
25, and 18-25.
Everyone on the team
contributed to the Lddy Eagles
success. The team will return to
tournament action Friday and
Saturday at the LuAllen
