girls district meet in George-
town last Friday to take
second place and qualify for
the regional meet In Bren-
ham. She also took fourth in the
1CO0 meter run.
Coach Robert Fagncr's
Holland girls scored a total of
33 points in the varsity divi-
sion. In junior varsity Dlania
Blair was third in the 3200
motors.

Don Tabor picked up a
first in the 110 meter hurdles
and second in the long jump
to pace the Holland Junior
High Hornets in a track meet
at Thorndale last week.
Johnny Kallus placed fifth
in the 100 meter hurdles
Both boys were competing
in the 7th grade division.
In 8th grade action Larry
Karl placed fifth in the mile.
The junior high teams will
compete at Bruccville-Eddy
this Thursday beginning at
2:30 p.m.
