The Edwards Aquifer Authority-
(EAA) has scheduled a series of
public hearings on the proposed Fil-
ing and Processing of Permit Appli-
cation Rules for the region. The
public hearings offer Edwards Aqui-
fer well owners and users an oppor-
tunity to have input in the develop-
ment of the rules before the EAA
Board formally adopts the permit
process as law.
The three hearings are set for:

tegic Plan for the Redevelopment of
Kelly AFB.
As the former Projects Director of
the Mayor's BRAC *95 Task Force,
he was responsible for all military

Realignment and Closure (BRAC)
