estranged'* will of a Midland
oilman and drilling bit company
operator, William H. Lathrop,
claimed yesterday that he has
$527,000 in a Swiaa bank un

Mrs. Mary Ellen Lathrop has
filed for divorce and Is sash-
ing a court - appointed re-
ceiver for their joint estate.
The alleged 8wtea bank ac-
count question arose during a

Mrs. Lathrop’* lawyers pro-
trade and Development Bank
of Geneva, Bwitseriand, which
indicated $627,000 on deposit
