(Jeo. W. Kiddle, who was intro-
duoed by Judge Cteodemn in a
short but impassioned speech.

Farmer Killed By Lightning
In Field.
Floyd Hartley, a farmer living
three miles Southeast of Point,
waa instantly killed by lightning
while planting cotton Tuesday
morning. Hie son. Shelby who
