BAINS COUNTY LEADER
DEAR EDITOR:
These past few days at home
have really been great It has
been the first time in the past
seven months that I've really
been able to relax. When you’re
oi board ahip setting 25 miles
off the coast of Vietnam you
can’t relax too much because
you have to make sure every-
thing is In order for the next
air strike
Sometimes you work 20 hours
)' day and you always work a’
least seven days a week (Hal
But now I'm glad to say that
T won't have to worry about
that any more until I make my
next cruise, which will be start-
ing next July.
It sure has been good to set-
all of you again and I want to
thank all of you for your won
derful Christmas cards and
packages you sent Christmas
I hate to leave you, but I've
o- to get back to NAS Miramar
at San Diego and get our spaces
ready foi the return of the
squadron in March.
