GRAND CHAMPION. Eric Paul Steinberger of
Windthorst captured top honors in the 94th Southwest-
ern Exposition and Livestock Show in Ft. Worth in
January. The Windthorst 4-H member showed his Hol-
stein heifer, " Viethsons CHU Electra Marvelous", and
earned the grand champion prize in the Junior Dairy

competed in the Second Annual 1990
Explosion Invitational at Walnut Hill
Recreation Center in Dallas on Feb-
ruary 24 and 25. There were 261 gym-
nasts representing nine states (Color-
ado, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico,
Arkansas, Kansas, Maryland, Ohio
and Oregon). The competition was for
Level 5 - Elite.
In Level 8, Open, 15 and over,
Angie McBride placed first oil Floor
(8.6); first on vault (8.3); and fifth all
