the resolution,

court with a request that a bill

bill in the amount ot $25,000
from the Hants ISD Permanent
School Fund.

paid out of the Rains ISD Perm-
anent Fund, said check to be

Rains ISD School Board,
Voted to enter Into contract
with Pritchard & Abbot to .tan-
dle faxing for State & County

Voted to approve the sheriff
hiring James Smith as deputy
sheriff of Rains County at $525
