Seemingly, the most feasible

of the “distressed” cotton and
other produots, is that embraced
in the foregoing resolution—help
extended by loottt unionsa There
are always members enough in a
local union to either advanoe the
needed money,- or to make paper
good enough to get itfand the
cotton they thus protect and put
in warehouses for the honest
prioe, along with their dwn, will
be security ;enough for them.
