of the City of Mt. Pleasant, Texas:
SECTION 1. PERMIT REQUIRED—No
wall, structure, building, or part thereof
shall hereafter be built, enlarged 01

Texas, until a plan of the proposed work,
together with a statement of the mater-
ials to be used, shall have been submitted
to the building inspector or designated
officer of the City of Mt. Pleasant, Texas,
who shall, in accordance with provisions
