Notes

"Stanton Street Bridge, looking toward El Paso from the Paso del Norte end. The Bridge was erected in 1882 and it was the first international pedestrian and vehicular bridge to span the Rio Grande. El Paso's first street railway (mule-propelled) was primarily the reason for its erection."
