Text: "Received Laredo Texas September 6th 1860, of Tomas TreviƱo, mayor of the city of Laredo Seven-hundred fifty dollars $750, the same being the first payment, and one half of the whole amount, agreed on & for which we have sold all our rights title & interest in the houses & lots at Fort McIntosh, now occupied by the M.I. troops."
